Festival Entry for the Chicagoland Orchid Festival

Grand Prize Drawing:

At the end of this year's festival, a drawing will be held for Nursery Gift Certificates.

There will be a total of five (5) prizes:

first prize  $250.00
second prize $150.00
third prize  $100.00
fourth prize $ 50.00
fifth  prize $ 50.00

To win, you must simply visit and receive a stamp at both of the festival locations, and then turn in the completed form at the final site visited. The winner (who need not be present at the drawing) will be notified via telephone.
